9006 is not HID, it is halogen (though Chinese guys sell aftermarket discharge in 9006 format).

You user manual definitely contains the bulb specs. It should be like D2R.

the user manual does not list them as they are "not serviceable, and must be taken to a dealer." the HID bulb is not the same as a halogen. HID's come in d1r/s d2r/s d3r/s and d1r/s

i took a quick look at the bulbs, and they almost look like d1 or d3 which also have an r and s designation. typically the r and s signify a reflector or projector bulb. the d1 and d3 bulbs have the ignitor built into the bulb and need to be replaced with a similar bulb, but d1 and d3 are different types so you should be sure of what we have. the eclipse uses d1s bulbs, but the lancer uses d2s....so i am not sure.

curious, why do you ask? do you want to change the bulb? color? output?
if it is to change the color, have you looked into maybe the tinted headlight films? i recently bought some lamin-x yellow films for my fogs.

brighter as in whiter? or just brighter?

If you want Whiter you get color...4300k for example is pretty white...higher more blue-purples less more yellow

If you want brighter, you have to up the Wattage which requires some modification./

brighter than the hids?

have you tried lowering the height setting? i doubt you are going to get brighter by changing the bulb. hids in projectors are pretty much as bright and focused as you are going to get.
