2012 USA Canada/Mexico Map update?

Have a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS with Navigation wanted to know if anyone has updated to the 2012 maps?

If indeed these is a 2012 US map release does anybody have a part number?

I had the same question in my mind because I get old/conflicting information from the Nav unit.

About the question of Mexico maps I have not driven into Mexico yet but I will give it a shot do you have an address I can enter in any full mexico address will do.
