I just purchased a 2015 ASX here in the Philippines and tried to use my 4th generation iPod touch and nothing. I plug it in the USB port and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

 

Press Mode, then USB/iPod

 

Both the USB and iPod icons are "greyed out" and does not allow me to select them.

 

Took it into the shop and they pulled the radio out and found out why the USB and iPod wasn't working. It WASN'T connected. Did not solve why the GPS system wasn't working but they were going to order a new unit for me. Hope it gets all connected right.
