I recently purchached a 2016 Outlander GT 6 months ago and it currently has 7k on the odometer. In the last month it has developed a strong exhaust smell in the cabin. Any time I drive the car more then a few miles the car begins to smell like exhaust. After I get out of the car my clothes and hair smell like exhaust fumes. It is currently at the dealer and they are saying they can't seem to find anything. Has anyone experienced similar issues?

 

Sounds like you have a leak/hole/Crack somewhere in the exhaust try taking it to another Mitsubishi dealer and have them road test it with yourself in the car.

 

Sounds really dangerous especially if you have kids. Take it in asap.
