I have a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander with a little over 10k miles. The other day I was turning right and heard a metal on metal noise. It only occurs when I am turning right. Has anyone else had this problem or knows what it is? I am going to take it to a dealership to have it checked out but I was just curious as to what it could be or if I shouldn't be driving it too much.

 

Depending on how it actually sounds (tinny? grinding? clanking?), it could be many things: CV axle, brake pads & rotors... etc.

Did you take it to the dealer yet? What was it?
