Is it possible to run a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS V6 past 1,000,000+ miles? What parts will most likely need to be replaced? Is it worth it in the long run?

 

I mean, I'm sure it's possible especially if it is not your everyday car and only use it for road trips on highways. But, if you use it everyday and add to that the city driving, the stress on your engine components are doubled, if not tripled ( based on what other mechanics say). You mayd have to get your engine rebuilt at least once and replace the tranny at least once to hit the million mark. But that's just my speculation.
