Default 22" wheels on 2011 XLS--What do you think? too big?

hey guys,

I am looking to upgrade the wheels on my 2011 XLS. I have the stock 18s on now. I am looking to go for either 20 or 22 size wheels.

Do you think a 22" would fit well? I don't want the car to look "ghetto" I want a clean, sporty look.

These are the 22s I am looking at.

22" black rims and tires

What width are the tires on those?
Anything over 245 may rub.

kinda what I was thinking. 22's are about as sporty as a professional body builder is sporty. plenty of muscle, but just there to look pretty.

there are no specs on these rims...no lug spacing numbers, no offset, not sure if bore diameter is something to worry about...

Haha I am thinking 22s won't be too big man...the outlander is a SUV, not a honda Civic. Now, 28, 30s, 32 + is ghetto for a SUV.

Here is a guy with 22's on his outlander...they fit perfectly. They don't look too big at all.

by ghetto I mean...TYPE of design of wheels.

All black wheels, single spoked (the ones I am looking to buy) are generally, considered a sporty look.

That looks funny. It's an SUV....you want to see some rubber and not all rim! I can only imagine the amount of curb rash it will get!

Ugly... I was thinking 22" but I like my minimum wall sizes of at least /45 so I'm going 20" on mine.. So etching like bgw colt or similar with a 275 or 245.
