Default Ac problem please help!

I have a 2007 mitsubishi outlander and the ac is blowing hot on the passenger side and cold on the drivers side. I've checked the blend door. Blower motor and freon. All are good. So I am puzzled on a solution.

Make sure the evaporator is free and clear of clogs and obstuctions. Other than that, it has to be the blend door i would think. I can't think of how it would blow hot on one side and cool on the other unless the heater was somehow turned on as well.

Is it best to replace it. Or can I just manually open it. I live in Arizona and it's 115 here all month long lol. Need a super quick fix

I feel you, i spent several weeks in arizona in june, it was freakin hot. One of the problems we had down there was dust clogging the A/C evaporator, but it blew out of all the vents semi-cold/warm. All the dealer did was pull it off and cleaned it.
