Is the AC working on my 2022 Outlander?
Hi All,
Winter here - outside temperature is 55, however the inside feels hot. I set the temp to 65 with A/C on - it blows hot air. If I push it all the way down to 'lo', it feels somewhat cold, but not to the extent I want it to be. In my previous cars, that 'lo' would practically freeze me. How does the A/C work on 22? Does it depend on the outside temperature somehow? Car has only 300 miles
(It's an 2022 SE).
Thanks!

Hey I have the same issue. My 2022 outlander has 400 miles on it. It’s cold outside & the air is blowing warm & it’s set on 65, I put it down to low & it blows a lil cool, & no the “Auto” button isn’t on & no it shouldn’t need a recharge since it’s brand new. Me personally I think it’s a faulty auto button that’s just constantly on when the light for it says it’s off.

My ac unit seems to blow slightly cooler air in the passenger side, but far from cool enough for LO setting.
This is the second time I’ve had it back to the dealership for this issue. First visit they said they couldn’t find any leaks and just regassed it. 5000kms later i have exactly the same problem. Considering this is a brand new car, I am shocked to be having so many issues.
Just glad it’s only a company car, otherwise I’d be losing my ****!
