Be nice to him and ask again tell him there is a TSB on this issue and your vin is part of the recall. if he says it not ask him to show you his paper work stating that

I have come to the conclusion on this forum and others all over the world and personal service that Mitsubishi need to retrain their dealers on better customer service or sack the lot of them. Mitsubishi in the UK are owned by 49% by Mitsubishi cars Japan so I expect other importer a round the world are owned by Mitsubishi Japan too.

The problems is the way they treat customer after they have brought cars makes me wonder do they ever get repeat sales? I am not sure if I will buy Mitsubishi again because the way Colt Car Company treated my issue with the radio display.

The build date would be the very basis whether he'll do the TSB on your vehicle or not. So check that your vehicle's build date is included in the TSB.

Not true I have had my wheel bearings replaced onAugust 07build they where supposed to be fixed at the factory for May build and mines a 2008 model.

If its faulty its faulty get them to do it but make sure they carry out 2 tsb before disconnecting the computer. They are not replacing parts that cost money its just a remap computer time

The thing is, if your build date is not included in the TSB, they CAN deny servicing your vehicle. It's not a mechanical fix, so there is no way you can argue with them. Clunk is different because it's mechanical, and if you can reproduce it, they will fix it. The two new TSB is electronic reprogramming, and they will go by what's programmed in your vehicle's computer. There's really no sense in reprogramming your vehicle when it already has the latest codes. If it still hesitates even with the latest codes, it could be something else.

Correct I agree with you, but I bet the tsb re-program is the first place they will look if theirs a problem
