I'm thinking about $1300, since what will include are not only the HU, but also the installation kit including the bracket, GPS antenna, wires and harness. The panel will also be included which was ordered from Japanparts.

Feel free to let me know your offer.

Does this unit support full amplifier control, like punch and fader?

Is there an AC integration (like in MMCS)?

The unit provide controls on bass, treble and middle. I have not notice the option of punch or fader yet. I will upload some pictures or video clip about that (at caska.ca)

there is no AC integration of the unit, note the MMCS is simply displaying the status of AC without controlling it.

They should be able to make the Lexus like touchscreen A/C controls. All that panel does is translate the **** status/position to a CAN Bus signal to the A/C ECU. It doesn't actually control anything directly.

Im also interested in an after market Nav unit and have posted in another thread about some advice, this one seems quite good http://www.fedom.com.hk/products_data.asp?id=174

Does anyone know if it is indeed plug and play? I have the 6 stacker cd and rear dvd player. I will also want the steering wheel controls to work including the bluetooth steering wheel controls

any help is appreciated

the brand is actually called RoadRover, and their size is currently about 4th or 5th in China.

Overall a solid machine. But the defect rate is still high because it is fairly new. AFAIK, they are about 1 year in the business with their new system.

Here is the website: http://www.roadrover.cn/e/

I'm sure they should be able to give you a much clearer answer.

One thing I know is, if you have RF sound system, it will not work, mito-2 interface will do it ($178) and you will retain your stock bluetooth and the buttons. downside is, the buttons will work only with bluetooth.
