Default Air in fuel lines

I have a problem - got a Mitsubishi Outlander (2010) 2,2 diesel 4wd. A while ago noticed, that in a fuel line which comes from fuel tank, there are air bubbles. Service changed fuel pump, because its motor wasnt running, and changed fuel filter as well. About a week later - there are air in the fuel lines again. Do any of you have an idea what could be wrong?
Plus - computer doesnt show any problems and car starts very well.
Thanks for the answers.
