Default Almost got ripped off by dealer (TPMS Programming)

Succumbing to the fact that only dealerships can reprogram our TPMS, I took my 07XLS to my local Mitsubishi dealership. I got new tires and one sensor replace elsewhere. The service adviser wanted to charge me $145 to reprogram it. He goes on saying that it's a long process to reprogram it and that you have to take all the air out of all 4 tires then refill..blah blah blah. I told him that I was there two years ago for the same thing I was charged $99. And I also told him that I watched the whole process which took 10 mins and the mechanic didn't have to take any air out. The service adviser, feeling stupid from being caught in a lie, looked back at my service history to verify it, then modified price to $99. I checked with another dealership and they charge around $100 normally. What a lying scum. Unfortunately Mitsubishi hasn't release their software to the aftermarket. We have no choice but to go dealerships.
