any Outlanders out there got HVAC **** rattles?

Man, I'm about to punch babies because the rattle is so annoying.

Anyone else have this rattle? It comes primarily from the temperature ****.

I'm not having any problems on my 08 ES. The temp **** makes a clicking sound when I use it to raise/lower the temp so that tells me it has a nice tight fit.
