Default Any shops in the US rebuild CVTs?

Mine is running fine, but curious if there are any shops in the US (mid-west) which rebuild these (in case I ever have an issue). Seems like it's way cheaper than a new unit especially if the rebuild comes with a warranty, etc.

FWIW, here's an encouraging old post from someone who's got over 200,000 km on his CVT.
