Anyone have experience with OE remote start keys?
I recently purchased a 2012 Outlander that has remote start but came without the key. I need to purchase one of these:
The manual describes a process by which I can program it to the car myself. But the owners manual also lists a process for programming the FAST key which doesn't work. Are these remote start fobs the same? Meaning I will have to take it to my dealer? And are they like the FAST keys in that you can't reprogram them once they have been assigned to a car?
