Default Shipping Insurance

hi canuck, when you bought your fog, did you buy any Shipping Insurance? where or how can i buy it, i can't see the option there.

PS, you still have the instruction on how to activate the fog after installed?

Yeah I bought the insurance, it was only a few bucks. Oh and you will probably be dinged for tax/duty when the package arrives but I only paid $35.

hi again, just ordered them today, can't wait to install it, is the instruction comes with the kit?
is it easy to connect all the wires? how do you install the switch? is it hard?

The wiring is easy, it all clicks into place. The switch is also straight forward, remove the steering column cover pull out the old stalk and plop in the new one.

hi Canuck, just got my foglight kit today, will install on friday, do you really have to take the whole bumper out to install the foglight? the foglight mount on the bumper or the body of the car? to turn on the fog, you have to turn on he lowbeam first, right?

The foglights mount to the bumper. The oil cooler gets in the way of accessing where the drivers side foglight mounts and the foglights attach at 3 different mounting points. So yes you have to take the bumper off. Once you figure it out, its pretty straight forward.

To have the foglights activated you need to have your lights turned on.
