hi anyone here installed backup parking sensor on outlander? where did you installed the 4 sensors on your rear bumper? can you post up the pictures?
is it useful to have them? and what kind?

I had them fitted to my Outlander. The garage doing the job first fitted them in the lower plastic (matt black) but found they were pointing at the ground. They then fitted them in the gloss plastic bumper. They still point towards the ground a bit and can be over sensitive. The garage had to pay and fit a new lower plastic piece.

 

If you surf the web on European andAP Mitsubishi sites you'll find some pictures in the accessories sections, for sure the Australian site has it. Also I think that a few UK members have them so they might be able to send you pics.
