Default Big Brake

Hi, guys, i'm James from Taiwan, just new here, glad to meet you all.
My vehicle is 2008 outlander 2.4L 4WD with 18" stock rims (as picture)

Question is : Does anyone upgrade outlander front calipers and rotors to wilwood 4 or 6-piston kit ? if so, in your idea, can the caliper directly fit to this rim just by bracket and without wheel spacer or edge cutting?

Thank you for reading this message.
Drive safe.

I want to keep my stock 18" rim and upgrade brake system without spacers.
So if I have any information about this, I will post it and we can share information to each other ~
