Default Bluetooth phone issue

My Bluetooth for the phone in my 2008 XLS was working just fine for several months when suddenly last week, it started to malfunction! What happens is this: When the party I am calling answers, the radio comes on as if the call was disconnected...... but it is NOT disconnected! The phone handset shows the line is open! I just can't talk to the person on the line through the bluetooth connection. If I stop and pull off the road and shut off the car, I can talk to the caller on my handset! Same thing happens with an incoming call. I press the pick-up button and the radio comes on but the call is still active, I just can't talk or listen to the caller unless I shut off the car and use the handset. Anyone else have this issue? How can I fix it? I miss my Bluetooth phone... Thanks

I imagine your car is in warranty - tell the dealer.
