Question Bluetooth Problem (Battery status)

Hi

I have the newest Hardwareversion of the Bluethooth module. I have now a new mobile phone HTC S740 with windows mobile 6.1, bevore I hade a HTC S730 with WM 6.0.

On my MMCS i can see the strenght of the receveing signal and the battery status of my mobile phone. With my old mobile phone the system was working without problems.

With my new phone on the display the receving signal is incorrect and the battery status is completely empty, but the battery is fully charged(displayed on the phone). Every call that i do, the Bluetooth is speaking"your battery is empty, charge your mobile phone battery.

On the Data document of the Bluetooth system (Mitsubishi) I can see that my mobile phone is compatibel with all system of the bluetooth module. I have tested S710, S730 and a Samsung mobile phone without problem.

Have anywhere some similar problems?

Regards

Saro

Saro, I don't have bluetooth in mine, but I wonder if you can call your provider and have them update your phone, if there are any updates...something to try.

I have same problem on my Samsung Omnia i900 (it is HTC inside) last summer.
Meanwhile my second phone Fujitsu-Siemens T830 and my wife Sony-Ericsson C902 work without any problems.

After reloading same firmware version on the Omnia and pairing devices from scratch problem disappear
