Well in front of the dome lights towards the windshield there is a perforated chunk ill just have to get some pics up i guess

That's where the mic sits.....small black box. Pull the dome light plastics off and see if it's there. If it's not, then likely the bluetooth module isn't either, which is located behind the radio.

Opened it up and this is what was inside is the black box there the mic?

Kinda dark, but it should be plugged into the white connector. I only say check here because when if you have to get a BT module, it comes as a kit with the mic. I just had to do this in February. My 09 ES Outi came prewired with buttons on steering wheel but no BT module. I ordered it and installed it myself.

Yeah the white connector is plugged into that black "mic" well thats good ill bring it to the dealership have them look into it

Yes.

the grilles on each side of the radio come off, then the radio is screwed into the framework.

When you depress the "talk" button do you get anyboddy saying anything?

Perhaps BT module bit the dust.
