What's your comment about ROTORA brake systems (www.rotora.com)? I saw two brake kits for 07-09 Outies:
1. Part number RBK290.02, front calipers only, 4 pot, 330X30 rotors size, 55 lbs weight
2. Part number RBK290.03, front calipers only, 4 pot, 355X32 rotors size, 62 lbs weight
It's look great, like as BREMBO system. Would be complicated the swap vs OEM brake system? Has ROTORA good reputation?

There is a company called Brake Performance that I like for rotors that are better than OEM. I purchased their dimpled and slotted rotors for my Outlander. I don't like cross drilled rotors on the street. I ran Brembo cross drilled rotors on my Celica All Trac Turbo (GT4) and had problems with cracking. I think it was related to the large amount of salt they use on the roads here in NJ. The rotors started to corrode from the inside of the holes out and cracks started to form. The Brake Performance rotors are about $200 a pair with dimples and slots. I have attached a picture of the ones I bought. They come in black or silver. The Rotura kits are clearly better than these rotors but if you want a lower cost option that still offers decent braking performance, this is it. Pair these rotors with a decent set of semi-metallic pads and you will have a nice upgrade over OEM. I have been using these rotors on my All Trac for 2 years with good results. I just bought them for the Outlander. I like Akebono or Hawk pads with these rotors.

I bought Rotora drilled rotors for my Brembo'd SpecV and I cracked them all the way through in probably 10 places, after only 500 miles.
Not to mention it took them exactly one month to get them to my doorstep, and after they cracked they tried to tell me it was my fault. It then took them another two and a half weeks after I first brought the issue to their attention for them to replace them.
Not a company I'll do business with EVER again.
