c-crosser cooler shifter?!

Anyone know what's up with the c-crosser shifter? looks like my bro's evo. and what is the smaller button below it? looks like the evo SST transmission selector.

It is the same tranny used in Evos/Ralliarts - TC SST. Yes, it has a Sport mode switch.
