why is my ac not blowing really cold air when coming to a stop?

When accelerating or go, it blows really cold air normally.

It's all based on the compression rate the compressor is working at, remember, the faster you go, the faster your belts work, the more compression your compressor is getting = colder air

I wonder if your idle rpms at a stop light are too low to keep your A/C running at full power. I don't have this problem with my 08 ES (4 cyl) outtie. Maybe the dealer can help on this.

mighty outtie you should also check your belts for any cracks and rips, this could also affect the idling and possibly not catching onto the grip
