Default not enough voltage

Does anybody know the correct wiring setup for the knock sensor on the back of a 1992 mitsubishi eclipse GS? With a turbo, its only pushing 5 volts to the knock sensor and its suppose to be 8 to 11 and I am not good with electric systems they drive me nuts.

Sounds like the knock sensor needs to be replaced if giving those low voltage readings.
