Default Can't shift the gear from "parking"

Hi,
I have Mitsubishi Outlander 2014.
I install new multimedia in the car.
after I install the rear camera I can't shift from parking.
Is there any fuse that might cuse the problem?
is there anything else I can do?

need fast answer please.

Best regards
Eliran

Yes, it would be a fuse.
I had the same problem and had to manually put the auto lever into drive to limp to a dealer.

However, the dealer said nothing was wrong, so I checked the fuse box and one was blown.

Replaced the fuse and all was good, except, I occasionally get the check engine light come on for a power-train problem.

I have Torque on the head unit and use that to clear the check engine light.

Hi had the same problem while installation a new head unit and reverse camera. How did you solve your issue? Please let me know as it will really help me.
