Default Challenget stuck in manual/sport mode ?

Hi,

I have Challenger 2011 automatic. By mistake, I moved from N to the manual gate (+ / -) then now I cannot directly go from N to D any more as I was doing before.
I now have to go from N to +/- and then I can reach D.

I checked the documentation, I tried to stay 2 seconds (and more) pulling the paddle to SHIFT-UP, I tried to stop / start the vehicle, etc ... but nothing worked, I still have to go from N to +/- and then D, like if the manual/sport mode was always selected by default and/or stuck.

Also, going from N to +/- and then D is not really easy, the documentation says to gently move the paddle from N to +/-, well for me it is more firmly than in a gentle way. Also, sometimes, when I move the paddle to +/-, the car is still in N and not in D.

Any advise to go back to full automatic would be appreciated.

Thanks,
