Default confusion regarding the hesitation TSB

Hi!

I have a new 2007 Outlander LS and I am trying to figure out if the throttle hesitation TSB applies to my vehicle. The dates indicate builds before June, but the vins indicated on the TSB are all 7Z... (for last 8 digits) indicating built at Okazaki and mine is 7U... indicating built at Mizushima. Does the TSB still aply to my vehicle? I am new to the world of TSB's.

Thanks!

Your best bet is to call the dealer to find out for sure.

You should be good, but if you press on the gas and there is a slight hesitation before you start going forward I would go to the dealer.

I have the same problem with my Outlander and the dealer refused to reflash. I even had them test drive it but they're only basis was the VIN don't match. I'm out of the country right now so I haven't had the chance to follow up. Let me know how yours turns out.
