mitsubishi paint is aweful. chips very easily. other than that, im happy with the car. not so much the multiple mitsubishi dealerships. they break a trim piece or something every time they touch it

Getting ready to buy an '07 Outlander pushing that 100k point and a breakdown is tolerable -- but a blown engine certainly ain't.

I did the change myself...so only cost of gatorback timing, accessory, and p/s belts. Also did spark plugs too.

there has been discussion in the past about the interference or not. Looking at the '07 service manual show divots in the pistons where the valves would be. In 2010, compression was increased to up the output horsepower...guess what they did to get the higher compression?
