This is why I agree with Klas in what he said earlier. The Dealer did not sound like they were tyring to be shady about anything. they F'd up. They admited it. They took ownership and made it right. Everyone is always quick to grab a lawyer.

About what? The fact that they did the right thing and admitted blame and did everything to make it right and not resulting in a lawsuit?

Would you sue a family member or a friend if they did ACCIDENTALLY damaged your car too?

I would have asked to be compensated for deminished value.
