Hi Guys,

I have been looking for quite sometime locally for some DIA queen J2 ATF for my 2007 V6 Outie but just no luck on this part of Asia. A lot of J3 available. I have read on a lot of old forums though not to use and mix any other type. Our local Mitsubishi dealer advised my wife that J3 has the same spec as J2 and that it is what they actually use for servicing similar Outlander models. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Anyone who have tried it firsthand? Appreciate your inputs.

 

Haven't tried it, but i'd use it if the dealership said it was okay. My '07 owner's manual says to use ATF-J1. '07 service manual says J2...or vice-versa...I just remember the discrepancy.
