Default Diagnostic tool for Outlander III?

Can anybody suggest a diagnostic tool for Outlander III 2013?

MUT III seem to be expensive, what about Lexia? I need a possibility to change some functions like turning on/off automatic mirrors [un]folding, etc. I do not have MMCS and do not want to run to dealer every time.

sounds like Lexia is what you are looking for...I don't have it, but from what I've read, it is the most cost effective tool for diagnostics and ability to change system ETACS settings.
