Default ATEQ TPMS Resetting Tool for Outlander/Lancer

I bought a ATEQ VT55 TPMS tool to program my new TPMS installed onto one of my wheels. Unfortunately, I only find out after the purchase, that the Outlander and Lancer are NOT supported. Quite pissed. Does anyone know of any other tools that will work with our cars? I really don't want to go to the dealer every time I change a bad sensor. Thanks.

Since you have an Ateq VT55, have you also purchased an Ateq Mitsureset? With those two tools working together, you shouldn't have a problem doing an assisted TPMS relearn. Here's the link.

PS: Sorry for the very long reply.
