I don't know which fuses are always on but it should be easy enough to check with a test light or a meter... Start by reading the fuse list for something that is active when the car is off, then test it, then wire into it (make sure to keep the fuse and fuse your new device). Make sure not to tie into something that is only on sometimes like dome lights or power windows... Power lock fuse might be a good place to start but you need to check the current draw and add in your device's draw to make sure you are nowhere near the fuse rating. Do not put in a bigger fuse under any circumstances!

If this is beyond your technical/equipment capabilities I would not attempt any electrical work on your own as you could wreck something.

Once you find the correct circuit......this add-a-circuit kit makes it extremely easy to add your circuit without using a wire tap or cutting wires......

Those Add-A-Circuit taps are very handy!!!

I used those when installing my heated leather seats in my Durango!!

AGAIN.. Keep in mind what Guyfromhe suggested about NOT going OVER the recommended draw
