Does anyone know what this grille is called?

Default Does anyone know what this grille is called?

I found this image of a few grilles that this person tried out on their Outlander. The second picture shows a very interesting grille, I tried contacting them but was unsuccessful, does anyone have any idea what the second grille picture is called?

Well, honestly, I thought I remembered you knowing some people in Europe-Eastern Europe and I thought the license plate looked Eastern European. Thus you may recognise the country which would be a great starting point. I could have given huge amounts of help for the 1st picture(Europe grill or later Mexico model grill) and contact info for a London dealership I had contacted about getting other similar parts but I have never seem the second one. Plus you have also had the answer to any questions I had so I thought it was worth a shot.
