I hope Otaku can patch the .99

 

Once again I apologize; however, why not spill some information on this patching process so maybe others can help? If I even knew what processor we are dealing with, I could run this through IDA Pro and take a stab at it. Unless I missed it in the 8x pages; however, none of this info was mentioned?

Perhaps if a few more people get involved, we can find other features to tweak as well?

Hi All,

Did anyone ever manage to get this patched for the Australian/NZ version of the MMCS? It is different to the one that appears to be being worked on.... I'd be interested to know and happy to help being a software engineer myself.

Just out of interest, can anyone verify that the DVD is actually region-locked ?
I've identified a section of code that seems to be region oriented, but I don't know if its actually used..
