Default three years later

Dear Otaku,

After three years of having my Pajero and waiting for the aux-in-motion patch I am getting ready to sell the vehicle or trade it in for the new model. Waiting first for the details for the new model to be published first. Just wanted to thank OTAKU for the effort he has put in for all of us out there that do not have the know how to be able to circumvent certain software situations. If the aux-in-motion patch gets worked out it would be really great for whoever ends up with the car.

All my Best and Hope everyone has a great year!!!!

Default Do you know???

Hey Otaku need a little help. I've been reading all the threads on the DVD in motion topic. I've tried the latest updates, but it won't read cd. I think it's because my build is:

Loader: BLD-NR-261Um 1.09
Application 00.40.32.

If I want to downgrade, It appears as though I need to remove HD from Nav system, correct... Or is there a patch that i'm missing?

My paypal account is ready and waiting to send you $$$. Thanks in advance.

Your Absolutely right Doublecheese. My mistake, I thought the patch was just around the corner. Anyway, since I am going to trade it in, in a few of months, for the new one I will place the order directly to Japan and get it over with. I just didn't want to have to open the dashboard again. Nevertheless, everything else worked fine.

Greeneagle,

You know the new Pajero has 200hp and a stronger torque over our Pajeros and that's the only difference.

Well I bought this kit from Netherlands (actually it's Geman Made, but the seller's a friend in Holland)

http://www.speed-buster.de/de/Chiptu...0PS-Bj-02-2007-

Speed Buster BOX TUNING KIT
It's very simple to install, just plug and play with a small cutting of the cables. I can clearly say that my Pajero now can go and speed up faster than the new Pajero , because I tried ...

Before on the highway, a Range Rover Diesel could easily pull over , now he has no chance !!!!! Now between us whoever steps on that gas earlier goes faster, no more staying behind !!!!!!!

Also the diesel consumption has dropped by around 1-1,5L/100km

I strongly suggest this Tuning Box over a new Pajero ..
You keep all that money to you, because of the economical crisis 2nd hand prices are too low now

Doublecheese,

That would be great if I had a diesel engine but I have the gasoline 3.8 pajero. So basically, I am looking at the fuel economy which is supposed to be better. I am waiting for the details to be out in February for the new one before I decide. Rumor says that besides being more economical there might be an adjsutable air suspension added (which in my opinion is wishfull thinking but I will wait to see just in case).

@Greeneagle

Then you're in a different league

Yes,,,,, air suspension would be nice, 2 weeks ago I was in a Car park with a height limit of 1.90cm , when I was going down , I almost touched the roof of the car park, where as my friend in Range Rover just lowered the car's height ))))))
