Not entirely true..
Its just all gone to sh*t over here..
However - you can find a generic patcher attached.
I haven't had the time or inclination to tidy it up, and I really cba detaching the licensing/crypto from it, so I've just provided a license file with it ( my own, yes ).
If someone wants to try it out,ping me with a (yes/no).
Or not, as the forum limits to 97K on zip attachments.

Thanks. But it didn't work on 50.21 loading.kwi. Said "unavailable". Any thoughts?

 

Mail 50.21 to me then..
It means they've made a more complex change to the system than I've seen so far.

 

maybe someday they'll just give up and put a extra option in the menu in the car to deactivate it.. LOL

Hmm.. Tested against everything up to 40.11 ( the latest I have here ) and it works fine ..
Can you provide more detail than just "Doesn't work" ?

 

I apply the patch to the 40.13 version, install in the MMCS and DVD in Motion is not allowed.

 

So, you selected the file to load, clicked on the checkbox for the patch, clicked next and then finish ?
If the patcher cannot patch the file, it'll tell you so when you click on the patch checkbox.

What version were you running before you tried to update ?
Did the update succeed ?

 

I installed the patched version on my MMCS, and go blank screen, the system don't boot!!! Help!!

The patch didn't work ?
The patch didn't install ?
Or the patch installed and broke your box ?
What version were you running, what version did you upgrade to ?
