Probably not normal. I've accelerated hard with mine lots and never had this issue. When does it happen? IE. Does it happen when you first start driving, like when its cold? Or after its been drivin across town? More details are needed as to what the circumstances are.

Could very well be! But another thing to look at is how many miles are on it and are you noticing a power loss at all? If it has about 180k to 200k miles it could be ur cat... If you have less miles and go off-road a good bit, it could still be the cat. Auto makers have been designing cats to last around 200k or 5-7 years, but like sum things they fail prematurely. Also you won't smell ur cat goin out from out side the vehicle unless ur exhaust is really tore up. If its an 05' or newer sad to say u wont be able to buy a cat at a parts house for it, you have to go to the dealer to have them replaced or purchased.

IDK then. Look for recalls on ur ride. If you can't find any then it should still be under warranty, and take it to the dealer.

LMAO flipmod

Have you checked at the dealer? I know how intelligent they can be, but it can't hurt to try. Being a '10, whatever it is has to be covered by warranty.

Also check the cabin air filter. Pull it out and smell it, see if it has the same odor. In the 09 it is located behind the glove box. Probably the same in your '10.
