hey so hate to bring up a dead post but about to tackle the same thing with the boys. My engine got knock and is ready for the junk yard. Already have the new engine ready to be dropped in. Before I start tearing into it did you pull it from the top or the bottom? And what did you do about the trans? I have the selective awd. Did you have to disconnect the axles to separate the trans? Or did you drop the engine and trans and then separate outside of the car. Any info helps Eric. Thank you!
