how to activate RDS on lancer radio?

I am driving Ex Japan Mitsubishi Outlander II with 4B12 Engine. I want to buy a cheap diagnostic tool that can help me with the following;
1- Code reading
2- Code resetting
3- Smart Key Programming
4- Vehicle operation settings alterations
i have read through the thread that lexia 3 can work on our outlander. What i want to ask is that which particular model of chinese clone preferably i can buy that can work for my vehicle. Aliexpress delivers to Namibia

I'm new to this forum. I have recently bought a new 2015 Lancer (1.8 4J10 engine, CVT). I just want to know if I can use Actia XS and ETACS-decoder to customize some options on ETACS? (i.e. it doesn't come with security alarm activated and I particularly want to activate it)

Hi Vadimus,

I was wondering if you still did the service where you turn off the tire sensor system?

I have a 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander and I got rid of my tire sensors a while back but of course the irritating sensor on my dash is permanently on.

Could you help me?
