ETACS options customization
My device was delivered today. Wow, that was fast for a Chinese shipment! Ordered last Tuesday they pushed it through when I complained after a couple of days, but I am impressed at DHL's speed. Three business days including pickup and delivery. Packages from California take longer with UPS! I ordered from a site called ankaka.
Thanks to all who have posted their findings. I'll update what I learn after I've played around. Installing xp was a royal pain...
If anyone in Seattle/Eastside needs something changed, let me know.

I am looking to get this unit strictly to remove the TPMS warning I get. I have aftermarket summer wheels and a set of winter wheels and neither has TPMS (not legislated in Canada but we get the US cars with it installed). Can someone confirm that I can completely disable the TPMS system and no longer get the warnings. If yes, I will order the unit.
Playing around with this device is great! Thanks Vadimus for starting this thread. I'd never have known that there were "hidden" options in the car, although it beats me why they wouldn't enable them in the factory and advertise as "features".
I finally got my device hooked up to my Outlander Sport. I spent a whole day trying to get XP installed on my DVD-less netbook (no trivial task), getting the software to work properly etc.
I've enabled the auto-unlock in Parking feature using PP2000. I also saw an option that said something like "auto lock when the key is outside the vehicle" or something of that sort, but it didn't really seem to work. Has anyone tried this?
I need to find a place with internet that I can pull up to and upgrade to Lexia v348 before I can turn on auto-locking
(thanks rzracer for posting the results about your RVR). I only got to spent half an hour today with it (had to go to work
).
I also noticed that the CD I got with this device had something called "diagbox". It seems to mess with Lexia and PP2000, so I uninstalled it and had to reinstall the other two. Has anyone tried using that software?
Also, anyone know how to turn off the seatbelt warning chime? It annoys the heck out of me when I drive without a seatbelt (on private property, if you're wondering). I don't want to disable the light (need it for public roads).
EDIT: I saw another option called "comfort flashing" in the PP2000 customer options. This is the feature that lets you slightly tap the turn signal stalk and have it flash 3 times. According to the car manual, the number of flashes can be adjusted using MMCS. I looked around but couldn't find the place where I can change the number of flashes (I want to bump mine up from 3 to 5). The option in PP2000 was only to active/deactivate the feature, and there was nothing there that let me change the parameters of it. If someone runs into this setting, please post it in this thread.

Great topic! Thanks Vadimus and all who shared their progresses.
Thinking of buying a Lexia also. Anybody from Quebec city area with one already?
I have some questions regarding your first post Vadimus:
What is the difference between these two?
What would be those options, for example?
Is this the internal light when unlocking? Believe mine is already enabled.
Thanks in advance

Diagbox is an updated more capable software that replace Lexia and pp2000 in Europe at least for the Citroen and Peugeot cars designed in France. NOT the Japanese clone (C-Crosser and 4007).
But it come with a trap I understand from following French forum on the subject that this software in the latest update black list the Chinese adapter by serial number ( they have all the same internally)
My fault, listed same thing twice, will correct.
MMCS-accessible Customer Options include options like speed, pause time and activation if raining for rear wiper, time of alarm auto-rearming door not opened after remote unlocking, auto door unlocking and some other.
Welcome light is activation of either low beam or marker light (selectable) when opened from the remote in the dark.

mine only does this when parked in a dark area, i guess it has to do with the light sensor? if i am parked under a street lamp it will flash. if i am parked away from one or in a secluded area the side markers will come on. weird. so you can set it ... i will have to look for that.
Is there a function to close power windows automatically on lock?
I hate to check all windows before turning off and locking the car (I only use the KOS).

Has anyone tried one of these units on a 2011? I think that they should be the same as the 2010, but you never know.
