Galant2003. Did the diagbox work? I'm also interested as I have a 2011. Thanks.
Sorry

DiagBox read the VIN but the BSI is "unknown". So with 5.29 there is no way...

I will try to update and report here...

Update:

I updated DiagBox to Version 5.43: same problem. Read Vin but ECUs are unknown.

[quote=Rob_Quads;279027]I'm trying to get some DRLs working with my 2011 ASX (Euro name for Outlander Sport/RVR).

Which software version do yo use for 2011 ASX? I tried yesterday with diagbox 5.43 and all ecus are unknown in Diagbox. So it is not possible to communicate with the etacs... You use diagbox or Lexia in screen?

Thanks

Default Success!!

With Diagbox 6.06 customization of an 2011 Outlander (european Version) is possible!

I can customize the customeroptions as well as the variantcoding for the car. Most ecu`s are already unkown but communication to BSI is possible (unknown too).

@vadimus: where did you find the option for alarm? I didn´t see everything in customeroptions and variantcoding.

Please give me a hint...

Default Alarm works fine :)

I found the option for security alarm using DiagBox 6.06 integrated Lexia. You can find in Coding / Standardparameters 2/2.

I changed "security alarm function" to present/change OK and "security alarm mode" to A-spec. System works fine.

Does anybody know what is the difference between A-Spec and C-Spec? for the alarm mode?

Has any of the brave souls here played with the "Engine Power" setting in Lexia? I have left it at "Normal" but there are a couple of other options. I am a little testy in changing it because I have an Outlander Sport (with the small 2.0 liter engine) and I'm afraid of messing it up with the big Outlander's setting. If anyone has tried it, did you see any performance improvement/reduction from changing it?

Engine power is set to High on diesel-powered Outlanders. There's no magical power boost here...
