No they don't; my SE does not have a backup camera (nor sunroof/navigation) - nor would I have wanted those. Maybe they became standard on '14-'16 models?

What year is your SE? All I know is at the Dealership where I bought mine All the SE ,s had the Backup camera. I looked at my 2015 outlander Brosure and on the SE the Backup camera is Standard . So maybe it's Standard starting in 2015.

It is a 2013. I bought a 2013 instead of a 2015 because I liked the uniqueness of the split tailgate, and the shape.

Copper. It's the 2.2L auto. I was also looking at the Nissan x trail which had lane departure, cameras, sat nav and auto braking but at the end of the day all smart phones have sat nav, I can park ok with sensors, Iane departure becomes such a pain and usually gets switched off and the xtrail is everywhere over here. The mitsubishi is also 4wd which the xtrail wasn't. In my opinion you will look a bit of an onion stuck in the snow in an suv so it has to be 4wd.

I was getting about 35mpg at 80mph on the motorway/freeway today so not to bad. First impressions after a weeks ownership is very good. Smooth, nice auto box and looks good inside and out. Negatives so far is that the door sill is too high to rest your arm on whilst holding the steering wheel.

Looking for floor mats on Amazon some say from 2013 onwards. I assume the 2016 is the same floor layout as the 2015. Anyone know?????

Tang, I liked your Post. And your points about your Outlander. And your Nissan .very true you need 4Wd to keep from getting stuck .so your getting Good MPGS for a 4WD .So far I'm only getting 27mpg . The only thing I think would be nice, is to put a camera on the front so you can see things while your parking. To protect the front. So far I've been good about not touching anything yet.

Yeah, on my 2016 your right. A camera would be nice to know how close you are to parking to curbs. but I had my 2016 with 1300lkm on it on the hoist, and there are some beefy tow hooks front and back that stick down and would partially protect the bumper from curb impacts/scrapes.
