The same thing happened to me. One FAST key died a few months after I bought the car, and the second one died a few months after that. I took it back to the dealer and they were both replaced under warranty. Don't waste your money on new batteries, thats what I did and it did nothing. Apparantly there is a problem with some of the 2007 FAST keys. The dealer told me that they tend to go haywire and quit working from being close to other devices...such as having them in the same pocket as a cell phone. They told me the problem has been worked out and the new keys will be good to go.
