Fender signal indicator lamp

fellow members,

i am planing to install the genuine euro oem fender signal indicators with chrome styling to my 2010 outie.

the problem is, 2010 models don't come with the fender indicators, only for the last generation models (07-09). these are the oem fender indicators:

does someone has the installation guide for the euro part?
and my hurdles now are: 1) there's no fender holes/positions on my outie for the indicators, how do i make it? 2) what is the wire harness part number? and if there isn't one, what kind of aftermarket wire harness i need to find?? 3) how and where do i connect the wiring? is it a piece of tough job?
finally, if i have to take it to garage and let them do it, how much approx. for this job?
