The dealer emailed me my VIN number last night for the Outlander I ordered back in March. Said it should be here by the end of the month. I can't wait to dump my crappy Cherokee for this thing!

 

Wow, it takes that long to get one? Local dealers here have tons of them available right away. Did you have some rare option installed?

 

My wife required that it was white, and I wanted the GT with Leather/NAV option. All other options can be dealer installed, but we couldn't even find a White GT without leather/NAV. The dealer offered to have leather and NAV installed in a XLS, but then it wouldn't have a sunroof, the RF audio system, or Super AWC... so we opted to order. Still got great pricing though... basically for invoice + any dealer incentives at delivery.

 

I just took delivery of a 2010 Outlander GT in Red. The order was placed in mid February. It took 4 months and I'm happy I was able to finally get rid of my old car.

Certain color and options are hard to find and have to be factory ordered.
