Fog Lamp! How?
Look for the picture in this discussion. The stalk in this picture is not identical with what you have, but for the relevant part it is the same.

The second ring (from left to the right) with symbols on it, is what you should see on your stalk and use to turn Oo/Off your fogs. This is the one with two UP arrows pointing to ON and two down arrows pointing to OFF.
As I said before, make sure the headlights are ON. The fogs don't work otherwise.
I hope this helps.

Uhh Ohh!! Days ago, when I found out how to turn it on and playing aroudn with it, it works. Since my Outie is only a driven on weekends, today I wanted to try it again, and i didn't know how to....Is the second ring right?? It is just me, or is the ring really weird, becasue when I twist it, and let go, it goes back to the spot, is like there is a spring in it or something?
Someone, please teach me again...I was so happy when I turn it on, and now it doesn't work...I want to be happy again...Haha!

Yes it is normal. Remember, you MUSTturn the headlight ON first otherwise the fogs would not turn ON. Once the headlights are ON,turn the fogs ring upwards (it will spring back) and the fog lightsshould be ON.There is a fog lights indicator in the instrument cluster to let you know the fogs are ON.
