Default foggy taillights?

My wife and I just bought an 07 LS the other day and last night noticed some fog/condensation inside both taillights last night when we got home. Have seen this on previous vehicles I've had and usually its a leaky gasket letting water in, but before I start tearing anything apart I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced this and if there is a fix? I searched but didn't see anything.
Any chance I could get this fixed under warranty? its still under for a few more months.

I have experienced foggy front and rear lights in colder weather conditions. In my case both clear in a short period of time (day or two).

If they don't clear I'd be looking for a warranty replacement before it expires.
